According to the FIR cited by Hindustan Times, an assistant professor complained that operators of an online loan app contacted her through MMS and WhatsApp and threatened her over repayment of a loan allegedly taken by Nithin Raj; the FIR also says they allegedly tried to siphon money from her illegally.
